Position Summary Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team practices to help chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies. You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance. Work You’ll Do As a Project - Manager, Technical Transformation on the Government & Public Services team, you will be responsible for leading automation, data, and finance transformation activities that improve audit readiness and business process execution. Lead the design and implementation of artificial intelligence and automation solutions that reduce manual effort across finance and business processesManage project delivery activities across process analysis, data mapping, conversion, migration, and transformation workstreamsOversee the analysis of end-to-end processes, including procure to pay, order to cash, budget to report, acquire to retire, plan to stock, and hire to retire, to identify opportunities for standardization and automationLead stakeholder engagement across client, functional, and technical teams to support workflow routing, approvals, data quality, and integration objectivesManage team members and project execution related to Oracle ERP implementation, interoperability, financial feeder systems, and federal finance transformation activities A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to build and sustain professional relationshipsAbility to lead projects or workstreams The Team Deloitte’s Government & Public Services (GPS) practice – our people, ideas, technology and outcomes – is designed for impact. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree 8+ years of experience leading automation, data, or business process transformation initiatives8+ years of experience working in a federal finance environment8+ years of experience leading data mapping, data conversion, data migration, or transformation activities8+ years of experience supporting Oracle enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementations, data integration, interoperability, or financial feeder systemsActive Secret clearanceAbility to travel 0–25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.Preferred:8+ years of experience supporting procure to pay, order to cash, budget to report, acquire to retire, plan to stock, or hire to retire processes5+ years of experience leading stakeholder engagement across client, functional, and technical teams5+ years of experience managing project delivery teams5+ years of experience supporting artificial intelligence or workflow automation solutions5+ years of experience supporting audit readiness or internal control initiativesThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,300 to $207,800.You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
