Southern Companions is a family-owned and operated home care company committed to providing exceptional care to elderly, disabled, and post-operative clients. We are licensed to serve 26 counties throughout Georgia, providing personalized, one-on-one care that allows our caregivers to build meaningful relationships with their clients.
We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic In-Home Caregivers to join our growing team.

While we prefer candidates with at least two years of caregiving experience or CNA certification , we provide extensive training to help our caregivers feel confident and prepared for success.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to providing quality care.
- Valid TB test.
- Current in-person CPR and First Aid certification.
- Compassionate, patient, and positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills, particularly when working with elderly clients and individuals with special needs.
- Ability to adapt to changing client needs and home environments.
- Respect for client privacy and strict confidentiality.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current automobile insurance.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
- Previous caregiving experience or CNA certification preferred.

- Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour.
- Live-In Caregiver Pay: $200.00 per day.
- Weekly Pay: Every Friday.
- Paid Orientation: Orientation compensation paid after 30 days of service.
