As A Commercial Cleaning Team Lead for the evening staff, leads will ensure that the company meets all cleanliness and condition requirements. Responsibilities include recording inspection results, resolving client complaints, covering shifts/ call outs and maintaining communication with the management team. Their role also may involve developing and training other cleaning technicians. Managers take part in ordering, organizing supplies and controlling inventory for each facility. Responsibilities also include examining facilities during cleanings and conduct inspections once the cleaning is complete.
This is a full time position yielding a 32- 40 hour work week. Managers will be required to cover shifts where a cleaning technician has called out, is on vacation, or has vacated the position.

Job Requirements
Managers must possess excellent organizational skills and be detail-oriented. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, make sound decisions and utilize good judgment to resolve issues. You will need to be able to multitask, establish priorities and communicate well with others. Any knowledge of computers and software programs, such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word is preferred. Managers must be familiar with commercial cleaning standards and best practices. This includes being able to clean a facility solely, with little or no prior experience in any given facility.
All applicants will undergo a background check before being hired. The position requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. At least one year of prior experience in commercial cleaning is required.
