About the Position

Job Title: ICU Float Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Intensive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Rotating Day/Eve/Night Hours per Shift: 12.0 Experience: Two (2) years of ICU acute care experience License: RN License (New York License only) Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association only) ACLS (American Heart Association only) Must-Have: - RN with ICU experience - Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills - Ability to remain current in knowledge of critical care Description: This position offers exposure to a variety of ICU specialties. Responsibilities include demonstrating strong critical thinking and communication skills. The role requires organizational skills and the ability to stay updated on critical care knowledge. RNs will be assigned to the intensive care units with the greatest staffing need. This position cannot accept first-time travelers. Candidates must possess a valid RN license in New York and relevant certifications. Two years of ICU acute care experience is required for this role.
