Travel RN Long Term Care / SNF - $2,056 per week

Job Overview Travel RN – Long Term Care (LTC) in Garrison, North Dakota. Start date: 07/06/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Hours: 36 per week on 12‑hour night shifts. Travel assignment. Responsibilities Complete assignments made by physicians. Provide routine treatment. Assess changes in the patient's health status and perform various treatments. Administer medication. Maintain meticulous documentation of medication and treatment administration to ensure continuity of care among nursing staff, physicians, and other team members. Requirements Active RN License or Active LPN License. Degree from an accredited nursing program. BLS Certification. At least eighteen months of recent experience in a Long‑Term care setting.
