This position doesn't have much driving - only two Brockton stops and you will be able to see all your scheduled members. It's the perfect schedule and a great opportunity to start your career in the healthcare field! Key Responsibilities:Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.Offer medication remindersAssist with shopping, errands, and prescription pickupHelp with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparationReport to the main office and supervisors as neededRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license and reliable transportation (registered and insured)Ability to lift 20-30 lbs. (laundry, groceries, etc.)Physical ability to stand, walk, stoop, reach, and climb stairs as neededNo certification required - we will train the right candidate!Additional Details:Schedules are set once created, with opportunities to expand based on availabilityDirect Care Aides typically work 45-60 minutes per member or 2-hour shifts for members who need shopping and laundry assistanceAbout All Care Homecare, LLC: All Care Homecare is a Group Adult Foster Care Program (GAFC) provider, offering services to elderly and disabled MassHealth consumers.
