RN ratio 1:6 days and nights Patient Ratios -1:1 - 3:1 - Estimated ratios, not guaranteed Type of equipment remote tele EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Med/surg experience, Mom/baby experience with NRP preferred. Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. 1 year of current Hospital Acute Care Med/Surg experience BLS Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Surgical and medical experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Cholecystectomy, Appendectomy, and Medical management Best personality Fit: Outgoing with can do attitude and outstanding customer service skills Independent and confident in own skills and judgment.
