Assistant Project Manager

Job Title: Assistant Project Manager Job ID: 88886 Location: Houston, Texas What you will be doing:

Assist Project Managers with the planning, execution, and closeout of healthcare construction projects.
Coordinate project documentation, contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, meeting minutes, and closeout packages.
Help monitor project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking to ensure successful project delivery.
Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and vendors to support project objectives.
Track procurement activities, material deliveries, and subcontractor performance.
Participate in project meetings and maintain accurate project records and reports.
Assist with project forecasting, invoicing, and budget updates.
Support quality control, safety initiatives, and compliance with project requirements.
Build strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders while providing exceptional customer service.

What you must have:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare construction, architecture, engineering, or commercial construction project management.
Healthcare construction experience is required.
Understanding of construction project management processes, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or Microsoft Project is preferred.
