Assistant Project Manager

Job Title: Assistant Project Manager Job ID: 88886 Location: Houston, Texas What you will be doing:

• Assist Project Managers with the planning, execution, and closeout of healthcare construction projects.
• Coordinate project documentation, contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, meeting minutes, and closeout packages.
• Help monitor project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking to ensure successful project delivery.
• Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and vendors to support project objectives.
• Track procurement activities, material deliveries, and subcontractor performance.
• Participate in project meetings and maintain accurate project records and reports.
• Assist with project forecasting, invoicing, and budget updates.
• Support quality control, safety initiatives, and compliance with project requirements.
• Build strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders while providing exceptional customer service.

What you must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare construction, architecture, engineering, or commercial construction project management.
• Healthcare construction experience is required.
• Understanding of construction project management processes, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or Microsoft Project is preferred.
