Assistant Project Manager

- Assist Project Managers with the planning, execution, and closeout of healthcare construction projects.
- Coordinate project documentation, contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, meeting minutes, and closeout packages.
- Help monitor project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking to ensure successful project delivery.
- Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and vendors to support project objectives.
- Track procurement activities, material deliveries, and subcontractor performance.
- Participate in project meetings and maintain accurate project records and reports.
- Assist with project forecasting, invoicing, and budget updates.
- Support quality control, safety initiatives, and compliance with project requirements.
- Build strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders while providing exceptional customer service.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare construction, architecture, engineering, or commercial construction project management.
- Healthcare construction experience is required.
- Understanding of construction project management processes, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or Microsoft Project is preferred.
