Medical Receptionist

Check in patients, receive payments, and assist in daily operations. Maintain a friendly, professional attitude toward patients and offer a “white glove” experience. Guide new patients through their intake process. Collect urine and saliva samples for patient drug screens as needed. Maintain daily financial records and reports. Coordinate with medical and clinical staff on intakes. Provide clerical and logistical support. Oversee patient accounts and financial responsibilities. Work the listed schedule across Danville and Martinsville, Virginia. Requirements At minimum, High School Diploma or GED required. Customer Service experience in a fast paced environment preferred. Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, office administration preferred. Lived Addiction experience is a plus. Core Competencies Demonstrates strong customer service skills and the ability to manage patient intake processes while maintaining accurate financial records. Capable of providing clerical support and coordinating with medical staff in a healthcare setting.
