Specialty Account Manager, Long Term Care (Memphis, TN)

Axsome Therapeutics seeks a field-based Specialty Account Manager for long-term care in Memphis, TN to drive commercial execution and product adoption in assigned territories. The role requires expertise in CNS conditions, relationship-building across LTC facilities, and execution of marketing strategies to support product launches.
Responsibilities
- Drive product adoption and market penetration within assigned LTC facilities and territories
- Build and maintain relationships with psychiatrists, neurologists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, pharmacists, and care coordinators
- Execute regional marketing strategies aligned with company commercial objectives and product launches
- Serve as disease state expert and product champion within the local LTC ecosystem
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in long-term care or specialty pharmaceutical sales
- Ability to engage effectively with healthcare providers and care teams in clinical settings
- Disease state expertise in CNS conditions or neuroscience therapeutics
- Strong business acumen and understanding of LTC market landscape
- Proficiency in both virtual and in-person customer engagement
