Account Executive - Memphis,TN/Little Rock, AR - Johnson & Johnson MedTech - Surgical Vision

Johnson & Johnson seeks an Account Executive to drive surgical vision product sales across Memphis and Little Rock territories. The role involves selling intraocular lenses, phaco equipment, and related surgical products to ophthalmologists through consultative, value-based selling aligned with marketing plans.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales quotas for IOLs, phaco equipment, viscoelastics, and surgical adjuncts
• Provide expert product knowledge and conduct in-service training and educational programs
• Prepare detailed sales and financial presentations for new and existing customers
• Manage field assets including IOL consignments, product samples, and demonstration equipment
• Submit timely reports and leverage Johnson & Johnson resources to enhance territory productivity

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from accredited institution or 7 years relevant experience
• 3 years professional selling experience required
• Surgical operating room experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively toward sales objectives
• Proficiency with customer relationship management systems and sales software
• Capacity for 35–40% overnight travel within assigned territory
