PT Customer Service Representative

Job Details Location: L133 Newton – Newton, NC 28658 Part‑time. Hourly pay starting at $11 per hour. Work schedule includes weekend closing from 1pm to 7:15pm and weeknight shifts from 6pm to 11:15pm. Hourly increases occur at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months thereafter, based on anniversary date. Benefits Growth opportunities – 90% of management staff began as entry‑level team members. Responsibilities Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an exceptional judgement‑free member experience. Answer phones in a friendly manner using an information script. Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities. Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point‑of‑sale system. Promote unique fitness instruction classes (View email address on click.appcast.io) to active members and new members. Provide a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment. Qualifications Customer service experience. High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older. Basic computer proficiency. Physical Demands Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling. Must be able to lift up to 75lb. Will encounter cleaning chemicals during shift. Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching during shift. Continual reaching with hands, fingers, and arms during shift. #J-18808-Ljbffr
