Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of relevant accounting, commissions operations, or revenue accounting experience within a global high-tech or SaaS company.
• Experience with US GAAP (ASC 606), revenue recognition principles, deferred contract costs, and SaaS industry practices.

Preferred qualifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.
• Experience with NetSuite and a commissions platform (such as CaptivateIQ, Spiff, Xactly, or similar).
• Experience optimizing and automating accounting processes and financial workflows.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, manage tight deadlines, handle competing priorities, and maintain rigorous attention to detail.

Compensation + Benefits


Compensation for this full-time position includes base salary + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US Base Pay Range

$102,000-$141,000 USD
