Medical AssistantKeystone Internal Medicine - Waynesboro is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our growing team.As a fast-paced and expanding Community Health Center, we are committed to improving the health and wellness of our community and are looking for a compassionate, organized professional who thrives in a collaborative environment.In this role, you will support patient care and office operations through a variety of clinical and administrative responsibilities. Duties include managing patient phone calls, requesting medical records for new patients, tracking referrals, monitoring laboratory results and diagnoses, obtaining medication prior authorizations, and assisting nursing staff as needed. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to multitask effectively, and comfortable working in a busy healthcare setting.Qualifications:Previous medical office or nursing support experienceKnowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systemsCertified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification preferredGraduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program requiredCPR Certification requiredKeystone Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer
