The Mariemont Care Center is seeking an experienced and results-driven Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the facility, including clinical, financial, and administrative functions

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations

• Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and staff

• Drive census growth, quality outcomes, and customer satisfaction

• Manage budgets, financial performance, and operational efficiency

• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and resident-centered care

Qualifications:

• Active Ohio LNHA license required

• Prior experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a skilled nursing setting

• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and survey process

• Proven leadership and team-building skills

• Track record of improving quality measures and facility performance
