A respected skilled nursing and long-term care community in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to provide leadership and operational oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the skilled nursing facility.
• Provide leadership and direction to department heads and facility staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Promote high standards of resident care, safety, and satisfaction.
• Monitor quality improvement initiatives and facility performance.
• Support census growth, referral development, and community relationships.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and operational resources.
• Build a positive culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and employee retention.
• Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, and community partners.
• Prepare for and participate in regulatory surveys and inspections.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required.
• Previous skilled nursing, long-term care, or healthcare leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and facility operations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate teams and effectively manage multiple priorities.
