Assistant Cheer Coach

Overview Champion Force Athletics is seeking additional Cheerleading Coaches to assist or lead our teams across the country this season. Candidates should be team players and willing to coach all levels of teams and classes. Previous cheer knowledge is preferred but not required; gymnastics background is a plus. The ideal candidate will dedicate 1 to 2 evenings for practices and some weekends for travel to various competitions. Responsibilities Teach cheer/dance/gymnastics concepts to students in line with eligibility and safety guidelines. Prepare and deliver class plans, teach students, and oversee class check-ins. Maintain basic records and support administrative tasks as needed. Attend occasional meetings, clinics, and cheer competitions each session. Assist or lead teams and classes as assigned, including coordination of practice schedules and travel arrangements. Qualifications Experience in Cheer, Dance, or Gymnastics preferred but not required. Experience teaching children is a plus; ability to work with youth ages 4-15. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for competitions. Must be able to pass a background check. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects and deadlines. Compensation & Schedule Most coaches will work no more than 3–4 classes in a day; most classes are scattered throughout the evening with some weekend commitments. This is a part-time role and may be one of the most enjoyable positions for individuals who love youth development and athletics.
