In this role, you'll partner with title companies, escrow teams, HOAs, and internal stakeholders to ensure every transaction is accurate, compliant, and on track. Key Responsibilities

• Process transaction documentation, wire requests, and work orders
• Obtain, review, and manage HOA, insurance, and property-related documents
• Coordinate with title companies, escrow partners, and HOAs
• Track transaction activity using Zendesk and internal systems
• Review final closing documents for accuracy and completeness
• Manage multiple transactions while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in title, escrow, mortgage, or real estate operations
• Familiarity with HOA documentation and processes
• Experience using Zendesk or similar ticketing systems
