Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health Hospice - $63+ per visit

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health Hospice for a nursing job in Levittown, Pennsylvania. This position focuses on hospice care within the home health setting. Responsibilities Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories. Perform assigned duties including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, procedures, and comfort care. Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager. Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders. Occasionally be on call after hours and/or weekends. Qualifications Active and current license to practice as a professional registered nurse (RN) in the state of New Jersey. One year of hospice experience strongly preferred. Previous home healthcare experience welcomed, but not required. Ability to travel to cases as assigned. Calm and reassuring presence with active listening skills, excellent assessment skills, strong written and verbal communication. Ability to deliver patient care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.
