Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience working with databases, reporting tools, and data visualization.
Roles and Responsibilities

Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.

Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate insights.

Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis.

Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze data.

Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand data requirements.

Perform data quality checks and resolve data inconsistencies.
-
Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable insights.

Prepare and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports.

Document data sources, processes, methodologies, and analytical findings.

Support data-driven decision-making across business functions.
Required Qualifications
-
2+ years of experience in Data Analysis or a related role.

Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.

Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Experience with data cleaning, validation, and quality analysis.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.

Strong communication and documentation skills.

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Python or R for data analysis.

Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
-
Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling.

Experience working with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
