Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This leader will shape and execute the partnership strategy for a business operating in a highly relationship-driven and commercially complex environment. The role will oversee executive-level partner engagement, new opportunity identification, and the end-to-end management of strategic alliances that support broader corporate goals. It is a highly visible position focused on building scalable governance, improving partner performance, and driving measurable business outcomes through collaboration. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually Responsibilities Lead the daily operations of the strategic partnership function and guide team members Develop and implement partnership strategies aligned with corporate objectives Manage executive-level relationships with key strategic partners Identify and prioritize new partnership opportunities Oversee partner onboarding, integration, and ongoing management Establish governance practices and performance standards for partnerships Monitor partnership performance metrics and address issues affecting outcomes Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred 7+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or a related field Experience in financial technology, banking technology, SaaS, payments, or financial services preferred Proven track record managing complex vendor and strategic partner relationships Strong negotiation skills with experience in commercial agreements and revenue-sharing models Deep understanding of partnership lifecycles from evaluation to termination Strong analytical and communication skills, with experience in executive presentations Benefits Comprehensive range of benefits offered Eligibility for incentive awards based on individual and business performance Opportunities for professional development and career advancement Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
