Supports leadership teams by translating strategic objectives into actionable plans, establishing effective operating rhythms, facilitating decision-making, and ensuring follow-through on key initiatives. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Leads the execution of larger technology projects, coordinating operational activities to ensure efficiency, reliability, and alignment with business objectives. Identifies, designs, and implements process and technology improvements to enhance operational workflows within area of responsibility. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align business operations with technology strategies and organizational goals. Analyses and reports on performance metrics to drive continuous operational improvements. Executes on operational technology strategies and initiatives to support business objectives. Integrates innovative solutions to improve business outcomes and operational effectiveness. As applicable, drives strategic alignment and operational excellence by guiding key external partnerships and leading cost-optimization efforts that enhance financial performance and support organizational objectives. Ensures compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards. Communicates operational status, risks, and improvement plans to senior stakeholders and leadership. Provides coaching, guidance, and leadership to junior team members and supports their professional development. Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience. Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in business operations or related professional roles. Strong knowledge of business processes, technology applications, and operational management. Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office). Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting senior executives, leadership teams, or complex organizations through strategic planning, business management, consulting, operations, or chief of staff-related functions. Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups. Experience developing executive communications, board or leadership materials, strategic presentations, and decision-support content. Strong organizational and program management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands simultaneously. Experience facilitating leadership meetings, governance forums, strategic reviews, and executive operating rhythms. Ability to synthesize complex information from multiple sources into clear recommendations, strategic insights, and actionable next steps. Technologically fluent with the ability to understand and translate technology concepts, delivery models, and organizational impacts for senior leaders. Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes, drive accountability, and improve organizational execution without direct authority. Experience operating in highly matrixed, fast-paced, and evolving business environments.
