About the Role:

As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for our clients. Your expertise will enable you to analyze complex behavior and design data-driven interventions to improve social, communication, and behavioral skills. Reporting to our Clinical Director, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify areas of strength and need for each client

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including behavioral interventions and strategies

• Provide ongoing supervision and support to junior staff members, including Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

• Collaborate with family members, caregivers, and other treatment team members to ensure seamless care coordination

• Analyze and report data on client progress, making recommendations for adjustments to treatment plans as needed

• Stay current with best practices in ABA and relevant research, incorporating findings into treatment approaches

Requirements:

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field (n/a)

• Minimum 0 years of experience in a related field (n/a)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations and stakeholders

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , with the ability to collect and interpret data to inform treatment decisions

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team , with a focus on patient-centered care
