Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide comprehensive and holistic care
• Educate Patients and Caregivers: Teach patients and their families therapeutic practices to facilitate ongoing progress in their home environment
• Track Progress and Adjust Plans: Monitor patient progress and make necessary modifications to treatment plans, ensuring patients remain on track to meet their goals

Education Required

• A degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Encouragement and support for continuing education or post-graduate certifications

Certifications Needed

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT certification is mandatory
