Strange's is hiring department supervisors for the Mechanicsville Turnpike store.
From floral gifts to greenhouse products, we're looking for individuals with 2-3 years of experience in retail work. A department supervisor is responsible for managing inventory, small teams of 3-5 people, and overseeing daily retail operations.
Scheduling: 5 days a week - 8 AM - 5 PM - No Sundays
**Longer hours at Valentine's Day, Easter, and Mother's Day
Starting wage: $17.00 an hour with potential for increases after 6 months
