Our client, a leading medical device manufacturing company, is seeking a Medical Device Assembler to join their team. As a Medical Device Assembler, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the Production Team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a positive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Medical Device Assembler Location: Irvine, CA Pay Range: $19.00/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM Position Type: Non-exempt What’s the Job? Perform assembly, repair, and testing of medical devices including pacemakers, ICDs, and related components Follow standardized procedures and work under close supervision to ensure high-quality production Maintain accurate production and quality documentation to ensure traceability Participate in continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding production, issues, and solutions What’s Needed? High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions Strong manual dexterity and ability to handle small components Basic computer skills and experience with electronic data collection systems preferred Ability to prioritize tasks, make decisions with minimal supervision, and work in a regulated environment What’s in it for me?
