Human Resources Generalist

We’re hiring an HR Generalist to join our team at Weis Builders! This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys variety and wants to build experience across multiple areas of human resources. In this role, you’ll support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, HR systems, leave administration, compliance, and other initiatives that help create a positive associate experience. We’re looking for someone who is organized, approachable, eager to learn, and comfortable partnering with associates and leaders throughout the organization. Experience supporting benefits, HRIS administration, or property management teams is a plus.
