Maintenance Manager

ASC Engineered Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead all maintenance functions related to facility infrastructure, utilities, production equipment, tooling support systems, and capital assets to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. This role oversees preventive and predictive maintenance programs, manages maintenance personnel and contractors, supports production objectives by minimizing downtime and improving equipment reliability, and ensures compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. As a key member of the leadership team, the Maintenance Manager provides technical support to manufacturing operations, leads capital improvement initiatives, and collaborates cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, Quality, Safety, and Finance to drive operational performance and continuous improvement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
