Entry-Level Community Outreach Representatives
We are actively hiring Entry-Level Community Outreach Representatives to join our nonprofit marketing and event outreach team. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates, career changers, and entry-level candidates interested in community outreach, nonprofit fundraising, event marketing, public relations, and customer engagement.
No experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on mentorship, and career advancement opportunities for motivated individuals looking to grow in a purpose-driven environment.
About the Role
As a Community Outreach Representative, you will represent nonprofit organizations at community events, outreach campaigns, and fundraising initiatives, helping raise awareness and support for meaningful causes.
You'll gain valuable experience in:

Key Responsibilities
- Represent nonprofit organizations at events and outreach campaigns
- Engage with community members and share information about charitable causes
- Support fundraising and donor engagement efforts
- Assist with event setup, execution, and on-site support
- Distribute campaign materials and educational resources
- Track outreach activity and campaign participation
- Collaborate with team members to achieve outreach goals
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who are:
- 18+ and authorized to work in the United States
- Strong communicators with a positive attitude
- Outgoing, friendly, and people-oriented
- Passionate about community involvement and nonprofit work
- Reliable, coachable, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in public-facing environments
No prior experience required full training provided. Backgrounds in customer service, retail, hospitality, fundraising, events, or volunteer work are helpful but not required.
