Mental Health Counselor Supervisor

Mahajan Therapeutics seeks a Mental Health Counselor Supervisor to lead a team delivering integrated, patient-centered behavioral health services. In this role, you will provide clinical supervision, oversee assessments and treatment planning, and ensure high-quality, evidence-based care for individuals with mental health, addiction, and co-occurring disorders. You will coach and develop counselors, support program innovation, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across outpatient, residential, and community-based settings while upholding regulatory, ethical, and documentation standards.
