Role: Java Full Stack Lead
Required Skills
- 15+ years of IT experience with strong expertise in Java Full Stack development.
- Hands-on experience with Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs.
- Strong proficiency in Angular/React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Expertise in system design, application architecture, and solution delivery.
- Experience leading development teams and mentoring developers.
- Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack application development initiatives.
- Define architecture and technical solutions.
- Guide development teams through design and implementation.
- Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
- Drive best practices across software development lifecycle.
