The Opportunity Adobe Stock has launched a revamped experience powered by GenAI. The team seeks a data‑driven, customer‑centric Principal Product Manager to enhance the AI Studio experience, identify customer needs, and collaborate across functions to deliver best‑in‑class experiences that help customers find content faster and easier than before. What You'll Do Define the short‑and‑long term roadmap for GenAI on Adobe Stock and partner with cross‑functional teams—including Engineering, Program Management, Product Marketing, and other Product Management—to deliver it. Use deep customer empathy and data to identify and represent customer needs, prioritize the roadmap, set measurable goals, and build, learn, and iterate. Balance customer value with engineering investment. Communicate and evangelize plans from executive level to peers. Gather, synthesize information in a fast‑paced, evolving landscape and thrive in ambiguity and change. What You Need to Succeed 6+ years of product management experience for a consumer‑facing digital/software product. 2+ years of experience working on generative AI features (preferred). Consistent track record of collaboration and shipping high‑value features for consumer web or mobile apps. Exceptional written and verbal communication to drive consensus and forward motion. Experience presenting to and influencing senior Director and VP level roles (preferred). Natural tendencies: planning long term and delivering short term, data obsession, critical thinking, and systems thinking. Benefits Expected Pay Range: $148,100 - $282,100 annually (U.S.).
