Job Summary: Invisible Technologies is the AI training and scaling partner for leading foundation model providers, enterprises, and governments. They are seeking an Analytical Chemistry Specialist - AI Trainer to leverage analytical chemistry expertise to enhance AI training data for scientific discovery. Responsibilities: • Converse with the model on lab scenarios and theoretical analytical chemistry questions • Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness • Capture reproducible error traces • Suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics Qualifications: Required: • PhD in analytical chemistry or a closely related chemical science field • Expertise in spectroscopy, chromatography, electrochemical analysis, quantitative chemical analysis, environmental testing, pharmaceutical analysis, and analytical method development • Experience with mass spectrometry, HPLC and GC technique optimization, NMR interpretation, method validation, trace analysis, titrimetric methods, and QA/QC protocol design • Ability to converse with the model on lab scenarios and theoretical analytical chemistry questions • Skill in verifying factual accuracy and logical soundness • Capability to capture reproducible error traces • Experience suggesting improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics • Clear, metacognitive communication skills Company: Invisible Technologies is the AI operating system for the enterprise.
