Assistant Property Manager

Role Description The Assistant Property Manager position is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Denver, CO. Responsibilities include supporting property management operations, managing tenant communications, coordinating maintenance requests, and assisting with lease administration. The role will also involve preparing financial and operational reports, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements, and maintaining strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and property owners. Qualifications Property management experience, with knowledge of lease administration and tenant coordination Proficiency in property management software and tools, as well as spreadsheet and reporting platforms Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage tenant and vendor relationships Ability to work independently and perform problem‑solving in a fast‑paced environment Familiarity with financial reporting, budgeting, and expense tracking A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in commercial real estate or property management is a plus Understanding of local Denver real estate market trends will be an advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr Sperry Commercial
