Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory costs with regular inspections and accurate truck orders
• Maintain and monitor restaurant assets and ensure preventative maintenance
• Oversee cash control and security procedures to safeguard restaurant assets
• Motivate and direct team members to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate guest service
• Coach and provide feedback to Shift Coordinators and Team Members to enhance performance
• Ensure restaurant operations meet brand standards and speed of service guidelines
• Step in as Hourly Shift Coordinator when needed to support the team

Qualifications & Skills

• At least 18 years old with High School Diploma or GED (college preferred)
• 1-2 years quick service restaurant experience; management experience preferred
• Basic understanding of P&L and profitability management
• Strong leadership and guest service skills
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work long or irregular shifts as needed
