Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner

InnovaCare Physician Management Services, LLC seeks a qualified medical professional to provide primary patient care and support clinic operations. Responsibilities Provide medical treatment to patients. Chart all patient transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures. Work closely with Medical Assistants to assure compliance with all applicable regulations. Communicate and collaborate with medical staff to ensure coordinated efforts for high‑quality medical treatment and client service. Comply with ethical, legal and professional issues. Adhere to applicable regulations and corporate policies and procedures. Maintain quality assurance for all medical issues and assist in solving any medical problems. Contribute solutions to intra‑ and inter‑departmental problems. Protect clinic assets and property against loss or waste through negligence or dishonesty. Participate in implementing special medical projects and services, such as on‑site services. Engage in professional development activities and maintain professional affiliations. Qualifications and Skills State of Florida Registered Nurse License and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner License are required. Previous experience in general practice preferred. Knowledge of professional medical practices related to treatment. Familiarity with organizational and medical policies, regulations and procedures. Understanding of medical equipment and instruments. Awareness of common safety hazards and precautions to establish a safe medical environment. Skill in developing and maintaining records, writing reports, and responding to correspondence. Ability to develop and maintain medical quality assurance and quality control standards. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Good telephone manners and etiquette. Ability to react calmly, objectively and effectively in emergency situations. Strong organizational skills with an orientation to detail. Ability to motivate and work effectively with others. EMR experience, bilingual ability, and computer literate.
