Position Overview

Were growing and looking for a creative driven Content Creator / Account Manager to join our team! This hybrid role blends content creation with client relationship management. If youre passionate about storytelling design and building strong client partnerships this is your opportunity to make a difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and publish engaging content across social media websites and digital platforms.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Collaborate with internal design video and web teams to execute marketing strategies.
• Create and manage content calendars aligned with client goals.
• Monitor performance metrics and present insights and recommendations to clients.
• Write edit and proofread content while maintaining each clients brand voice and standards.
• Manage multiple client projects approval processes and deadlines.

Skills Needed

• Excellent writing and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Creative thinking with attention to detail and brand consistency.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and scheduling tools.
• Basic graphic design and video-editing skills preferred.
• Strong client service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a creative team.

Knowledge Required

• Understanding of digital marketing and content strategy.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop Illustrator and Premiere Pro or similar tools.
• Awareness of current trends in social media and digital storytelling.
• Knowledge of client service best practices and account management.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and performance reporting.

Ability to Implement

• Translate client goals into actionable content strategies.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Adapt tone and messaging to fit diverse client brands.
• Analyze engagement data to refine content and improve results.
• Foster long-term client relationships through proactive communication.
• Carry content projects from initial concept through client approval and publication.
• Respond constructively to feedback and revise creative work as needed.
