Job Overview


We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for an ICU setting. The RN will provide high-quality patient care in a critical care environment, supporting diagnostic and therapeutic procedures while collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This role requires strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex patient needs in a high-acuity setting.


Key Responsibilities


Initiate and document patient care plans within required timeframes
Perform patient assessments and interventions accurately and efficiently
Verify physician orders and ensure proper scheduling of tests and procedures
Administer medications and IV therapy according to hospital policy
Monitor patients for adverse reactions and report changes promptly
Interpret diagnostic data and escalate critical findings as needed
Maintain compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams


Shift Details 8:00am-04:30pm
Compensation $71,000 to $99,835 (yearly)


Requirements


Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Compact license preferred)
Associate Degree in Nursing (minimum)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
ACLS and NIHSS required for ICU/critical care orientation
Prior telemetry or ICU experience preferred
