Assistant Construction Project Coordinator

Shift: Shift 1/8:00:00AM to 4:00:00PM

Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $22.78 - $29.62 / hour

Summary

Assist in all aspects of construction project management from project inception to completion. Provide project coordination for Strategic Growth and other capital projects, and non-annual projects, including purchase orders, budget tracking and reconciliation, vendor setup, invoice and pay application processing, project documentation, and closeout activities. Maintain accurate project information while providing administrative and operational support to department leadership, project management staff, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders. Coordinates sites for operational readiness.

Requirements

Education: High School diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 2 years formal education or equivalent apprentice training preferred.

Experience: Minimum 2 years construction management experience required.

Certification: N/A

License: N/A

Other: Proficient in the use of MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint. Mut have excellent communication and customer service skills. Must have project scheduling skills. Ability to read, interpret and apply construction documents and specification information. Notary.
