Director of Pharmacy

Join a mission-driven pharmacy leadership team focused on improving patient outcomes, advancing pharmacy services, and driving operational excellence across the health system. In this role, you'll provide strategic oversight of pharmacy operations while partnering with clinical and executive leaders to support high-quality patient care.

What You Will Do

• Provide strategic leadership for pharmacy services across hospital, clinic, and care settings.
• Enhance medication-use practices through formulary management, clinical protocols, and medication safety initiatives.
• Lead and develop pharmacy leadership teams, fostering accountability and operational consistency.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and licensing requirements.
• Oversee financial performance, including purchasing, contracting, and cost-management strategies.
• Collaborate with executive leaders, providers, and external partners to support organizational goals.
• Advance innovation through technology, analytics, and new pharmacy care models.

What You Will Bring

• Degree from an ACPE-accredited pharmacy program.
• Active Pharmacist license in good standing.
• 3+ years of pharmacist experience in an acute care hospital setting.
• 2+ years of pharmacy management experience in an acute care hospital setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of a Pharmacy Practice Residency.
• PharmD.
• 3+ years of pharmacy management experience in an acute care hospital setting.

Location & Hours

• Location: Witham Health Services, Lebanon, Indiana .
• Hours of Operation: Monday-Sunday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM, including holidays.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation is based on factors including location, education, experience, certifications, and skills. In addition to base pay, eligible employees may have access to a comprehensive benefits package, incentive programs, recognition programs, a 401(k), and employee stock purchase opportunities. The annual salary range for this position is $112,700-$193,200 .
