The Director of Pharmacy will lead all aspects of pharmacy operations, including planning, organizing, and supervising services in alignment with hospital policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements. Primary Responsibilities: Provides system-wide strategic leadership for pharmacy services across the hospital, clinics and care settings, ensuring alignment with organizational goalsOptimize and standardize medication use practices, including formulary management, clinical protocols, and medication safety programsLeads and develops pharmacy leadership teams, including hospital pharmacy directors and managers, ensuring consistency and accountabilityEnsures enterprise-wide regulatory and accreditation compliance, overseeing readiness for audits and inspections across all sitesOversees system-level financial performance, including contracting, purchasing strategies, and cost-reduction initiativesCollaborates with executive leadership, service lines, and external partners, supporting integrated care delivery and system prioritiesDrives innovation, scalability, and growth of pharmacy services, advancing technology, analytics, and new models of care across the health systemPharmacy Location: Witham Health Services 2605 N Lebanon St Lebanon, IN 46052Hours of Operation: Monday - Sunday 7:00am to 5:00pm and open on HolidaysYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications: ACPE-accredited pharmacy degreeActive applicable state Pharmacist license in good standing3+ years of experience as a pharmacist in an acute care hospital setting2+ years of pharmacy management experience working in an acute care hospital settingPreferred Qualifications:Successful completion of a Pharmacy Practice Residency programPharmD3+ years of pharmacy management experience working in an acute care hospital settingPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
