That's Custom erHD BPO. About the Role As a Call Center Agent, you will play a critical role in helping public sector buyers share feedback about their purchasing experiences. You will conduct outbound calls to verified buyers, gather detailed reviews regarding recent purchases, and accurately document those reviews for publication on the client's platform. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, active listening, attention to detail, and the ability to create accurate written reviews that reflect the customer's experience, tone, and sentiment. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to public sector buyers to collect feedback on recent purchases. Guide customers through providing verbal reviews in a friendly and efficient manner. Gather sufficient context to accurately document customer experiences. Write and submit clear, accurate, and well-structured reviews based on customer feedback. Ensure written reviews reflect the customer's tone, sentiment, and star rating. Maintain natural and authentic writing styles across all reviews. Document call outcomes and follow-up requirements in the client system. Meet or exceed daily and weekly outreach and review collection goals. Provide feedback to improve campaign performance and outreach strategies. Remain adaptable as the program expands to include additional campaigns and inbound support. Required Qualifications Previous call center, customer service, or outreach experience preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Excellent listening and note-taking abilities. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging new contacts. Ability to manage time effectively and meet performance goals. Public sector or B2B calling experience is a plus but not required. Rapport Building and Customer Engagement: Builds trust quickly with new contacts, creates a comfortable conversation, and encourages customers to share honest and detailed feedback.
