Seasonal Part-Time Position

Pay: $17 per game, paid the same Saturday
Schedule: September 26–November 14, 2026
No games: October 17, 2026

N Zone Sports North Atlanta is hiring dependable and energetic Youth Soccer Referees for our upcoming fall season. This is a great seasonal opportunity for someone who enjoys soccer, working with children, and creating a positive game-day experience.

SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION

• Saturday games only(9am-12pm)
• Seven scheduled game days
• Two games guaranteed each Saturday
• Opportunity to referee up to four games per Saturday
• $17 per game
• Guaranteed minimum of $34 each Saturday
• Potential to earn up to $68 each Saturday
• Paid the same day after games are completed
• Must be available for the full season whenever possible

• September 26
• October 3
• October 10
• October 24
• October 31
• November 7
• November 14

There will be no games on October 17.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Officiate recreational youth soccer games fairly and consistently
• Arrive on time and be prepared before the first scheduled game
• Enforce age-appropriate soccer rules
• Maintain control of the game while creating a safe and positive environment
• Clearly communicate calls to players and coaches
• Encourage good sportsmanship from players, coaches, and spectators
• Inspect the field and equipment for safety concerns
• Work cooperatively with N Zone Sports staff and league coaches
• Represent N Zone Sports North Atlanta professionally

QUALIFICATIONS

• Basic knowledge of soccer rules is required
• Previous refereeing, coaching, or playing experience is preferred
• Must be dependable, confident, professional, and comfortable working with children
• Must be able to remain active and move around the field throughout each game
• Must have reliable transportation to the game location
• Must be able to pass any required background screening
• Must be available on Saturday mornings during the season
• Referee certification is preferred but not required

N Zone Sports North Atlanta provides positive, instructional youth sports programs for families throughout the North Atlanta and Gwinnett County communities. Our goal is to help children develop athletic skills, confidence, teamwork, and sportsmanship in a fun and encouraging environment.
