The Warehouse Manager owns full fulfillment and warehouse operations for the Fort Worth facility—leading WarehouseSupervisors and floor staff, driving productivity, accuracy, safety, and cost performance, and using WMS and AI-assistedreporting tools torun the operation on real data rather than guesswork.

Main Tasks:
●Oversee day-to-day fulfillment and warehouse operations across inbound, outbound, and inventory

●Manage, coach, and develop Warehouse Supervisors and floor leadership

●Own facility-level productivity, accuracy, safety, and cost performance

●Use WMS, AI-assisted reporting, and analytics tools to monitor operations and drive continuous improvement

●Manage inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and shrink control

●Partner with HR on staffing, scheduling, and corrective-action matters

●Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policy across the facility

●Report performance metrics and operational updates to senior leadership

●Drive process improvements across inbound, outbound, and inventory functions

●Manage 3PL client service levels and expectations where applicable

Requirements:
●5+ years of warehouse / 3PL / fulfillment experience, including 2+ years in a management role

●Strong knowledge of 3PL operations, fulfillment processes, and inventory management

●Proficiency with WMS systems and AI-assisted reporting/analytics tools

●Forklift certification—stand-up and sit-down—or ability to certify

●Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

●Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

●Full flexibility with schedule, including overtime
