Commercial Service Plumber (100% Commercial)

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Service Plumber to join our growing team. This position is 100% commercial service work—no residential plumbing. We are looking for a dependable, motivated professional with excellent troubleshooting skills and a strong commitment to customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial service plumbing experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Experience servicing commercial plumbing systems, fixtures, water heaters, drains, and piping
• Ability to read blueprints and plumbing schematics is a plus
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physically demanding work

Schedule

• Full-time
• Must be flexible and available to work nights as needed
• Overtime opportunities available

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial plumbing systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and service calls
• Install and replace plumbing fixtures and equipment
• Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety standards
