Responsibilities - Monitor and enforce safety practices among contractors working on-site. - Conduct regular field safety inspections and audits for OSHA and company compliance; immediately recommend corrective actions when necessary. - Support the development and execution of site-specific safety plans (emergency evacuation, fire, rescue, medical). - Attend and contribute to project meetings regarding safety planning, progress, and incident discussions. - Serve as a field resource for safety-related inquiries and guidance. - Assist in accident investigations, identify root causes, and recommend process improvements. - Partner with the on-site safety lead to ensure accurate safety documentation and reporting. - Coordinate compliance with key safety policies (LOTO, hot work, confined space). - Perform additional duties as assigned to maintain a safe work environment.
