Poison Information Specialist - Clinical Crisis Support
Hugh Chatham Health
Advocate Health is seeking a Poison Information Specialist to handle patient histories, provide poison information to all ages, and determine care plans in a fast-paced poison center. The role requires clinical licenses (RN/Pharm/MD/PA) and strong resource utilization. BLS and AAPCC certification are required with recertification over time.
