Shipping Associate | $17.25/hour | 2nd Shift

• Weekly pay with direct deposit or pay card

Job Description:

Join this shipping team where you’ll be responsible for preparing, packaging, and verifying outgoing orders to ensure accuracy and quality. This role includes operating shipping equipment, maintaining detailed records, and coordinating with other departments to meet deadlines. Candidates should be detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Load trucks with automotive parts and materials.
• Use an RF scanner to inventory and track outgoing goods accurately.
• Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as required.
• Inspect materials and document receipts for accuracy and quality compliance.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous experience using an RF scanner.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and other material handling tools.
• Forklift experience or willingness to learn if necessary (this is not primarily a forklift role).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The base pay range for this position is $17.25, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
