Flexible scheduling for many roles Position Summary Entering records in the EHR Provide assistance with outcome data Report and communicate regularly with referral sources and providers Participate in case staffing Provide motivational interviewing and support Engage in correspondence with Butler County Children's Services and other service providers Provide SUD and MH case management Perform other related duties as assigned What We Value in our next Family Peer Mentor High School Diploma or equivalent. CDCA preferred Applicant must be able to communicate effectively in both oral and written form Applicant must be able to work both independently and with a team Experience with electronic health records is preferred Must be in long term recovery from substance use (drugs and / or alcohol) Must have lived experience with the child welfare system either as a parent or a child Must have a motor vehicle in good working condition and maintain a current driver's license and automobile insurance Ready to Make a Difference?
