Compensation: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour (based on experience and certification status)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9AM - 11AM, additional hours may be available, including the option to work up to full-time

We're looking for a compassionate, dependable, and enthusiastic Behavior Technician to work in Santa Fe, NM ! You'll provide 1:1 support to children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), guided by a supervising BCBA.

Whether you're an experienced RBT or have a background in ABA or childcare and are ready to get certified-we'll support you every step of the way with paid training, mentorship, and a caring team environment.

What You'll Do:

Work directly with clients to implement personalized ABA treatment plans
Use positive, evidence-based strategies to support communication and daily living skills
Collect data to track progress and celebrate success
Provide engaging and safe sessions in a supportive environment
Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and teammates
Maintain documentation in compliance with HIPAA

What We're Looking For:
• Certified RBTs highly encouraged to apply
• ABA or childcare experience also welcomed (training pay available while becoming certified)
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Patience, empathy, and commitment to helping others
• Comfortable working weekday mornings 9am-11am
